Job Description:

The Credit Support Administrator will be a dynamic position that will primarily support the Credit Department with day-to-day operations, identifying process improvements, and automating tasks where possible.  Other projects and tasks will be assigned as needed. 


Under the direction of the Chief Credit Officer, the Credit Support Administrator will be able to perform various functions related to loan portfolio data governance/data integrity (including the completion of various data scrub projects on an as-needed basis) and to perform various administrative tasks that support the Credit Department’s appraisal function.  


Duties and responsibilities may include, but not be limited to: 

  • Vendor Management, specifically collecting appraiser licenses, proof of insurance, etc., keeping the vendor list updated and updating the internal Vendor Management function with all relevant updates.
  • Appraiser Invoice Management, specifically maintaining oversight of the payment of appraiser invoices on a rolling basis, maintaining the reporting and reconciling of invoice payment to Senior Management and utilizing Firewall and FICRAS (or whatever platform is being used by the Appraisal Review Department) to accomplish these tasks. This set of responsibilities involves crucial open communication an d strong working relationships with the Appraisal Reviewers, appraisers, the Bank’s Accounting Department and most crucially the Chief Credit Officer (or designee of the CCO).
  • Other various assigned projects, either as responsible party for completion or as a member of a team, such as annual stress testing, file preparation for internal and external loan reviews and other various credit-related priorities such as data quality verification.

Experience and Skills:



  • General familiarity with banking, finance and accounting
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to manage time and workflow with limited supervision
  • Flexibility in moving from task to task
  • Attention to detail
  • Project management ownership
  • Proficient with business intelligence applications such as Crystal Reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
