Job Summary:   Primary responsibilities include special focus on digital marketing, internal branding, and retail marketing support.Responsible for contributing to planning, development and delivery of marketing campaigns and managing marketing projects, market research and competitive analysis.   


  • Contribute to planning, development, and delivery of marketing campaigns
  • Manage assigned marketing projects from beginning to end ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and surpassing stated objectives
  • Key contributor to the bank’s retail marketing efforts and retail brand consistency
  • Manage the bank’s intranet site, content, layout, and user experience
  • Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify brand opportunities
  • Provide marketing support to internal sales teams; collaborating to produce high impact brand creative
  • Create, develop, and implement new ways to communicate the brand message internally as well as externally
  • Work with VP Marketing to track and manage lead flow and increase conversion rates at each stage of the customer journey
  • Work with the Marketing team to develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that facilitates growth and brand recognition
  • Facilitate the bank’s merchandise, warehouse, and fulfillment program
  • Monitor trends, opportunities, and available platforms in relation to digital ecosystems
  • Represent the bank in the community and assist with customer, employee, and community events 
  • Opportunity to write ad copy, press releases, web copy, and other forms of brand related creative
  • Establish and analyze benchmarks for measuring the impact of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, direct, and indirect initiatives
  • Analyze bank data to report on product adoption, gaps, and revenue opportunities
  • Coordinate customer, prospect, and employee survey programs
  • Assist VP Marketing with research projects and day-to-day marketing activities as necessary





Experience and Skills:

  • Ability to perform job functions independently or with limited supervision and work effectively either on own or as part of a team
  • Driven to expand marketing knowledge and related skillsets
  • Understanding of marketing, branding, and sales strategies
  • Knowledgeable in research analysis, Internet environment, survey methods, regulatory compliance, and current business and marketing trends
  • Excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Capable of dealing calmly and professionally with numerous different personalities from diverse cultures at various levels within and outside of the Bank and demonstrate highest levels of customer service and discretion when dealing with the public
  • Ability to perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines/requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities
  • Capable of exercising highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters
  • Ability to focus on detail and verify accuracy of numbers and text
  • Project a professional image to maintain credibility with customers and team members
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office products
  • Must comply with all Bank policies and procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years’ concentration in marketing, communications, business or related experience
  • 2+ years’ work experience in digital media; planning, development, search engine optimization (SEO), display media, and social media
  • High level of proficiency in Internet marketing concepts & practices, including the ability to conceptualize user navigation/flow through new online services
  • Must possess knowledge of analytics and user experience, website development and management, and direct mail required
  • Experience with design/creative software


  • Normal business office environment
  • Must be able to routinely perform work on computer for an average of 6-8 hours per day, when necessary
  • Must be able to work extended hours whenever required or requested by management
  • Must be capable of regular, reliable and timely attendance
