Job Description:

Job Summary:   Responsible for high level of accuracy and expertise in loan modification processing and construction to perm conversions. Be knowledgeable and accountable in multiple servicing processes as well as proficient in complex interest calculations, 3rd party billing, investor loan payments processing, swap loan processing and Investor loan sales processing. Assist in supervising, training and development of loan servicing staff.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • On-board and disburse newly closed loans into Core system
  • Perform Core System updates
  • Perform Loan Modification maintenance
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries in a courteous, accurate and expeditious manner
  • Trailing document tracking
  • Support for the related processes for disbursing, and insuring the integrity of the escrow disbursement and collection process
  • Receive instructional notification/inquiries from internal and external customers for account maintenance
  • Update the daily, weekly, monthly rate indexes in Core System
  • Manage the servicing of participation payments and monthly reconciliation for participation/swap loans
  • Process secondary market sold loans and payoffs
  • Perform necessary maintenance including loan modifications and conversions
  • Provide support to AVP Loan operations in supervising, training and development of loan servicing staff
  • Perform additional duties as requested, needed or assigned

 

 

Experience and Skills:

 

  • Knowledgeable in multiple servicing processes
  • Knowledgeable in compliance and procedures 
  • Ability to communicate with customers, attorneys and staff in a clear and professional manner
  • Ability to embrace and adapt to departmental and global changes
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Supervisory experience preferred

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5+ years of working in a loan servicing post-close environment
